Introduction
This is a simple-to-use Carbon Monoxide (CO) sensor, suitable for sensing CO concentrations in the air. The MQ-7 can detect CO-gas concentrations anywhere from 20 to 2000ppm.
Features
- High sensitivity to CH4,Natural gas
- Small sensitivity to alcohol, smoke
- Fast response
- Stable and long life
- Simple drive circuit
Specification
Usage
VCC - 5V GND - GND S - Analog pin0
Example code
int sensorValue;
void setup()
{
Serial.begin(9600); // sets the serial port to 9600
}
void loop()
{
sensorValue = analogRead(0); // read analog input pin 0
Serial.println(sensorValue, DEC); // prints the value read
delay(100); // wait 100ms for next reading
}
